The Professional Learning Specialist is responsible for providing professional learning experiences utilizing best practices. This role will work as part of a team to deliver a consistently high-quality message, work independently and support teachers using products and best practices.

The Professional Learning Specialist collaborates with Customer Success to support school districts before their professional learning experiences to ensure successful outcomes and to support school districts through customer journey. Internally and externally, this role assists in the design and development of professional learning and customer facing documents. This role also uses data collected from professional learning sessions to evaluate the professional learning programs and adjust, as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver professional learning experiences.
  • Conduct professional learning experiences that provide deep solution knowledge to support customer implementation and fidelity.
  • Collaborate with team members to build content for professional learning opportunities.
  • Cross-functionally analyze user performance data to determine effectiveness, needs, and improvements to professional learning and coaching experiences
  • Monitor and record customer content needs to inform content development
  • Stay up to date on the latest research and implement best practices for professional learning content and delivery (internal and external)
  • Collaborate with n2y team members from all departments to grow product knowledge and support business needs (onboarding assistance etc.)
  • Learn about any enhancements for existing products or any new products
  • Incorporates an inclusive lens into their work, deliveries and content development.
  • Passionate about working in an organization that values and promotes diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, preferably with Special Education or Speech Language Pathology experience
  • Previous experience delivering professional development.
  • Proficient using G-Suite
  • Excellent presentation, communications and organization skills
  • Must be available for travel to customer locations (estimated 30% during peak seasons)
