Are you ready to make a difference? MIND Research Institute, the creators of ST Math, is looking for a highly effective Education Success Manager to proactively drive successful implementations of MIND programs at the school and district levels.

As an Education Success Manager, you will collaborate with all MIND teams, build value and engagement, guide product usage, ensure success through on-site and remote interactions. This role requires interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with district administrators and principals, and deep strengths with presenting meaningful, engaging professional development. As a passionate and creative problem-solver, you will generate enthusiasm for math and ST Math, ultimately transforming the lives of the students we serve.

Master-level consulting skills to:

  • monitor and manage a large caseload of schools and school teams throughout your geographic region and support schools to accomplish progress goals
  • plan and deliver effective in-person and virtual support to administrators and educators
  • plan, and facilitate onsite and online professional development for teachers and administrators
  • regular achievement review meetings with district and school leadership to review fidelity of implementation, provide recommendations for continued success, and ensure their ongoing partnership
  • monitor data to prioritize and plan for proactive outreach throughout the caseload of schools
  • and maintain deep, two-way relationships with existing schools to ensure their satisfaction and retention
  • input on program-wide content needs, participate in creating session materials and executing large program conferences and events
  • deeply with team to share ideas and develop program-wide strategy beyond your own caseload
  • deep ST Math program expertise and stay up to day with program changes

The ability to inspire educators in the following situations:

  • with school administrators to maximize the impact of our partnership
  • with district administrators around culture-building and data analytics
  • directly with teachers and champions to improve math education and using ST Math effectively to drive student outcomes

Expert knowledge of and experience with:

  • as a change agent and influencer with district and school leaders
  • learning theory and strategies to engage educators
  • and maintaining relationships with school and district level administrators
  • Math or other math educational software

Unparalleled territory management experience to:

  • every school and district successful
  • resources and strategically plan your time to maximize your impact in all schools
  • every educator thinking about the next step of their implementation

After reading about the opportunity on our team, are you more excited than you were before? More importantly, you are extremely comfortable with the tools of the trade.

This position reports to the Massachusetts Program Manager. It is also important to be comfortable turning on your webcam to build a rapport, even from a distance. This role ideally will be in the Greater Boston Area and will require substantial local travel primarily within the area, up to 75%.
