Description

We're looking for a Customer Success Representative (CSR) to connect with customers and provide them information about the status of existing orders and more information about HALO services. This a phone, email, and video chat-based role.

HALO's customers are over 1,200 salespeople across the country, known as Account Executives. They place orders for promotional products and branded merchandise with HALO to be delivered to their clients. As a CSR, you will be assigned a group of customers (Account Executives) that you consistently support. This approach allows you to build deeper, longer-term relationships and anticipate the needs of your customers. 

What to expect

Previous experience in the promotional products is not required. During onboarding, we will provided a structured class that teaches what you need to know to be successful. When you start, you can also expect:

  • Exercise good judgment to solve customer problems using HALO policies and protocols
  • Develop strong relationships with internal departments
  • Track shipments on various shippers’ websites
  • Negotiate with manufacturers when necessary

Requirements

  • 2+ years of combined experience in office-based account support or customer service
  • Strong listening skills without interrupting
  • High comfort managing conflict politely and effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (to track customer interactions)
  • Comfort with ambiguity and acting sense as business priorities change
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge of and experience with basic business math
  • Motivated by working in a goal-oriented, deadline-driven team with autonomy in how you work
  • Ability to deliver under deadlines with a high level of accuracy
  • Curious, flexible and good humored with a positive “can do” attitude
  • Active participant in giving and receiving in appreciative and constructive feedback
  • Motivated learner that will take advantage of on-the-job training, complementary training programs, career mentorships, and stretch assignments
