Bamboo Learning is looking for a creative, analytical and strategic person to drive awareness of, engagement with, and conversion to Bamboo Learning’s products through social media, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, blogs, and newer platforms (e.g. TikTok).

The position requires creativity, social media program management, influencer management, community engagement, and viral marketing to drive Bamboo Learning’s social media strategy and execution. Strong candidates possess a deep understanding of social media tactics and strategies, along with experience in online marketing.


  • Work with CEO and others to develop social media strategy and prioritization
  • Execute social media strategy including content creation, implementation, management, and reporting
  • Identify and create programs and promotions to grow membership and engagement within the social media and community space that align with Bamboo Learning’s objectives
  • Develop and manage relationships with the content team, designers, and other teams
  • Work with CEO & COO to manage paid social media initiatives, and create analytics to quantify and qualify effectiveness of interactive campaigns
  • Work with Head of Content to develop Bamboo Learning company blog strategy
  • Execute Bamboo Learning company blog strategy
  • Develop relevant social media performance metrics
  • Budget, forecast, analyze and report on performance metrics and costs
  • Monitor on-line conversations to determine reach and impact with on-line consumers
  • Drive compelling multi-platform social strategy, to accomplish larger company goals


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years’ experience with digital marketing platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, with proven ability to significantly drive engagement
  • Multi-tasker who is well organized, with strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Creative thinker
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work across different teams/groups


  • Software Skills: Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Photo editing, HTML, Adobe Premiere, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel (or Google Docs/Google Sheets)
  • Experience and interest in the education sector and/or creating products for children
